Information

For all membership inquiries please email our Membership Committee at membership@maplemanorswimclub.org.

To make online payments (snack bar, membership, swim team, etc.):

Membership 2024 Annual Dues
Family (2 adults) $590 + $80 for each additional family member
Single Parent Family $450 + $80 for each additional family member
Special Member $100

* The single parent option is intended for single parents, not for families where one adult may frequent the pool and the other does not.

** Special members include relatives of the bond holder residing in the bond holder’s home and child care providers.

New membership also requires a one-time $245 refundable bond plus a $300 non-refundable initiation fee.   Both spouses must join and pay dues. Children under 3 are free. An installment plan is available for annual memberships dues until 4/15. Maple Manor does not offer any special “Swim Team” only memberships as the mission of the club is to provide a fantastic summer experience for all member families.  

Guest Pass Policy:

Guest passes must be purchased online via E-Soft ($10 each) and are not permitted to be purchased at the front desk. Families are permitted to purchase up to 8 guest passes per month and a guest may attend Maple Manor via a Guest Pass 5 times in a season.

Maple Manor ACT Day signup

This year’s ACT Days will be held on the following dates:

Saturday, May 4th Sunday, May 5th Saturday, May 11th Saturday, May 18th Sunday, May 19th (rain date)

Online Membership Management

Maple Manor employs an online membership and front desk management system for membership dues, swim team sign-up and more via one portal. The system will walk you through step-by-step instructions for paying either by credit card or via ACH. NOTE: It is essential that names and emails are spelled correctly in order to receive up-to-date information from Maple Manor. Please complete and verify all of your account information.

Bond Termination

Termination queries should be directed to bondtermination@maplemanorswimclub.org

  1. Bond Holder (s) sign and date the original Bond Certificate on the back side, anywhere.
  2. Attach a letter stating that you want to terminate your membership bond, please sign and date.
  3. If you are unable to locate your bond, please state that in your letter.
  4. Send your letter and bond to: Maple Manor Swimming Club, C/O Bond Termination Committee, P.O. Box 496 Dresher PA 19025

Note: a $100 fee is assessed against a bond for each season annual dues were not paid! Bond termination requests must be received by April 15, 2024 in order to receive a full refund. Please allow four weeks for processing once the bond is received by Maple Manor.
